Jay Russell is the CEO of ACR Productions Inc, located in Spartanburg, South Carolina. He is a former state trooper and civil litigation investigator that decided to combine his interest in the law with his background in the entertainment industry to found ACR.
ACR Video Productions is focused on creating detailed documentary features to help their clients maximize settlements. ACR believes that by creating impactful and high-quality productions, they can help better tell the stories of the victims in personal injury lawsuits. Their staff is composed of former civil litigation investigators, state troopers, and film producers to ensure the highest production values and accuracy in all of their work.
ACR also provides marketing, branding, and search engine optimization services for their clients. The team is dedicated to providing the highest quality of service, and delivering results. ACR’s staff is able to work nationwide and has prevented many cases from reaching a courtroom by compiling days of testimony into succinct, professional videos.
Jay Russell was inspired to start ACR by his many previous years of experience in the entertainment and law industries. He attended Savannah College of Art and Design, as well as earning his Associate’s degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections. He finished his academic career at the South Carolina Criminal Justice Academy.
After graduating, Jay Russell spent four years as a South Carolina state trooper. He gained valuable experience and skills that would serve him well throughout the rest of his career. In 1996 he left to found his own business, R.A.I.D. Corps Inc, which provides K9 drug and weapons detection services.
He has also worked at various production companies throughout his career, including NorthSouth Productions and Red Arrow Industries, to help find and recruit talent. After working as a civil litigation investigator from 2012-2019, Jay Russell decided that he should combine his two passions in order to help the plaintiffs in personal injury cases. ACR is the culmination of everything that Jay has learned throughout his career, and he is immensely proud of the work they do and what his team is able to accomplish.
