Fujiyama Museum
An art museum located on the grounds of La Ville de Gaspard et Lisa adjoining Fuji-Q Highland just of the Kawaguchiko Interchange on the Chuo Expressway. Built to commemorate the 75th anniversary of the establishment of Fuji Kyuko Co., Ltd., the museum displays works of art depicting Mt. Fuji created by various modern artists collected over a 40-year period. The museum holds special exhibitions featuring original drawings of popular French characters Lisa and Gaspard, as well as works depicting Mt. Fuji created by the likes of Shigeo Nagashima and Tsurutaro Kataoka. The museum also holds painting classes and daily crafting classes as needed, making this a fun destination for children and adults alike.
