I happened to see this gentleman at Minatomirai subway station in Yokohama on 26 August 2013:
Looking at the AnimeNewsNetwork.com database at http://www.animenewsnetwork.com.au/encyclopedia/people.php?id=36992 it appears he has worked on a few anime that Yuki Kajiura has written anime for:
Mobile Suit Gundam Seed (TV) : Scenario (14 episodes)
Mobile Suit Gundam Seed Destiny (TV) : Script (9 episodes)
My-HiME (TV) : Series Composition, Script (eps 1-15, 17-22)
My-Otome (TV) : Series Composition, Screenplay
My-Otome Zwei (OAV) : Series Composition, Scenario (eps 1-4)
Would have Yoshino-san been responsible for describing what music was required for these animes, or would that be done only by the producer of the anime?
