y=mx+c is the equation of a straight line where m is the slope, c is a constant and
y is the y intercept (the point where the line crosses the vertical y-axis).

For example: 3xy=3 can be written as y=3x+3 where slope of the equation is 3 and y-intercept is also 3 (By putting x=0)
