깊은 수렁의 맛있는 풍경

-낙지, 볼수록 빠져드는 속살 

아무런 설명도 수식도 필요 없는 눈으로 먹고 마음으로 느끼는 음식..!!



낙지(Korean common octopus)다.



Octopus minor


Octopus minor, otherwise known as the long arm octopus or the Korean common octopus, is a small-bodied octopus species distributed along the benthic coastal waters surrounding Eastern China, Japan, and the Korean Peninsula. It lives at depths ranging from 0 to 200 metres (0 to 660 feet; 0 to 110 fathoms). O. minor is commonly found in the mudflats of sub-tidal zones leaving it exposed to significant environmental variations. It is grouped within the class Cephalopoda along with squids and cuttlefish.

O. minor carries cultural and economic value in the Asian countries in which it is found. It is important commercially to the fishing communities in Korea, it contributes to the $35 million octopus industry. It is recognised as a Korean culinary seafood option, commonly referred to as nakji (낙지). The octopus is served both cooked and raw, and is often a snack during sporting events.

There have been multiple findings concerning the physiological makeup of the O. minor. It has been shown to host a dangerous parasite, whilst also demonstrating the ability to adapt its morphology to wide-ranging environmental conditions. These characteristics have increased interest in the species and its genome has been mapped

아직 먹지도 않았는데 쪼올깃한 맛이 느껴진다.



잘 데쳐서 고추냉이 살사(SALSA)에 찍어먹으면.. 쥑인다.ㅜ 



이탈리아 요리에서 흔치 않은 식재료..



해산물 왕국 대한민국에 지천에 널린 녀석..!



내 조국이 내어준 최고의 선물이다.



이탈리아로 돌아가면 두고두고 생각날 최고의 식재료.. 낙지!!
