Bay 5 Coffee has announced that they will close for the rest of the week due to flooding damage caused by large waves and high tides over the past two days.

Barry Nub News provided information on these weather warnings.

They said: ''Unfortunately we will need to remain closed for the rest of this week (at least) due to flood damage.

''Customer safety is our priority at Bay 5 and as such we will remain closed until Vale of Glamorgan Council makes the building safe.

''Please pray for us with high tide tonight and once again in the morning and keep an eye on our social media for updates.

''Thank you for your support and understanding - Soph, Elena and all of Team Bay 5.''
